Kurschat offers measurement solutions to monitor the production processes of plastic extrusion of window profiles, production of WPC planks, calendering of films or casting of plastic sheets. Additionally, Kurschat offers solutions for the measurement of the curvature and torsion profiles. In mills or for the production of slit coils the traversing laser thickness gauges called “i!mensio” are used. For the bandwidth measurement, as well as the measurement of camber kurschat delivers customized solutions based on high-precision laser–light band micrometers. All systems document the measurement results over time or the meter and are prepared for the implementation of bus systems in corresponding loops.
