With our laser measurement systems, we offer solutions for the monitoring and optimization of the production processes in rolling mills,steel service centers, profiling and punching companies as well as tube manufacturers. The systems are used for the precise thickness measurement of extruded, calendered, rolled or casted materials. For the final quality tests, we offer the profile measurement systems of the P360 series as well as the systems QµScan for the high precision measurement of flat tubes.  

Established in the field of non-contact measurement, they are a perfect alternative for contact or radiometric measurement systems. They  can easily be fitted in existing plants and are ideal for sensitive surfaces, difficult conditions or short set-up times.

Kurschat software tools control your installation and the measurement process and visualize the measurement data. If needed, the visualization of the data can also be adapted to the customer’s systems.
