Kurschat offers a summary of specially designed systems for the high precise thickness measurement of extruded, calandered, rolled or casted materials.
The systems measures the cross section over the full product width or measures the thickness at endless materials. In the scanning mode the multiple track measurement collects an enormous amount of quality informations. Depending on the requirements the systems automatically controls the production process or sends all relevant data to the QS-system of the plant.
Extreme conditions like heat, small space, dust or new innovative materials are a small summary of the multiple requirements we are faced to and for which we designed pratical solutions.

All systems have a high technical standard, easy operation and are reliable in 24/7 (h/days) operating situations.The systems guarantee the continuous product quality and normally are repaid within an period of 6-12 month.
